A prospect asks an AI assistant a natural-language question, e.g. "Find me a service that sets up AI knowledge catalogs for small businesses." 2. The AI crawler or agent reads the business's root `/llms.txt`, embedded Schema.org JSON-LD, and public `/openapi.json` tool spec. 3.
